Improvements:

1. Service dependencies were updated.

2. [LUNA-7444] The ADDITIONAL_SERVICES_USAGE setting was extened by LUNA_FACES. From now on it is possible to run Luna Tasks without Luna Faces.

   If Luna Faces disabled creation of linker task will be unavailable and tasks clustering, exporter, gc, reporter, additional extract, cross matching, roc won`t be able to work with face and attributes entities.
