Improvements:

1. [LUNA-7094] The new resource for streams retransmission was added - restream.

2. [LUNA-7292] The connection lost while stream reading from now on is not fatal error, what means that stream autorestart will not be denied if stream is not available. The videofile access/unavailability error is still fatal error which will be deny stream autorestart. See streams autorestart for details about autorestart mechanism.

3. [LUNA-7294] The source field was added to stream entity. See create stream, get streams, get stream, put stream, agent streams.

Bugs fixed:

1. [LUNA-7298] Fixed bug which caused error of the streams distribution when OracleDB is used.

2. [LUNA-7318] The statuses query parameter example was fixed for get streams logs request.
